License Grant

Subject to payment of any required fees (unless the fee is $0), you receive the right to use and modify the Application on the EVAL Health Platform under the same terms as this License.

Source Code Visibility

EVAL Health will make the Application's source code available to anyone who receives access to the Application on the Platform, in support of transparency.

Derivative Works

Any modifications must remain under this identical License. You may not sell the Application or its derivatives. Free distribution through the EVAL Health Platform is permitted.

Charitable Donations

EVAL Health retains the right to donate Applications to nonprofit healthcare organizations. Those organizations may then use and distribute the Application under license terms that match these terms.

Distribution

The Application may only be distributed on the EVAL Health Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The authors hold no liability for issues arising from use of the Application. You assume full responsibility for any defects and resulting damages.

Acceptance

By using, modifying, or distributing the Application, you automatically accept all terms of this License.
