EVAL Accounts Overview
Your EVAL account serves as your gateway to building, managing, and deploying health evaluations. EVAL supports several account types, each designed for a specific use case.
Account Types and Use Cases
Individuals
You create an individual account when you want to build evaluations independently. As the sole owner, you maintain full control over your evaluations, data, and settings. This account type suits solo developers, clinicians exploring digital health tools, or anyone evaluating the platform on their own terms.
Organizations
An organization account lets an administrator oversee multiple team members. You assign roles and permissions to each member, controlling who can build, edit, or view evaluations. This structure works well for healthcare companies, clinics, and development teams that need collaborative access under centralized governance.
IT Departments
If you manage technology infrastructure, you use an IT department account to maintain multiple environments. You set up separate spaces for development, testing, and production, ensuring that changes move through a controlled pipeline before reaching end users.
Researchers
A researcher account supports collaborative health research. You and your team members work together on evaluations, share data within compliance boundaries, and coordinate research efforts through a shared workspace.
