Learn More

Add clinical context, literature, attribution, and tags to your evaluation.

Overview

The Learn More feature lets evaluation authors communicate clinical context, supporting evidence, and metadata to users directly within the EVAL platform. Users access this page from any evaluation in Explore or Library by selecting About from the evaluation menu.

Sections

About

Describe how the evaluation functions and its clinical uses. A well-written About section covers:

  • What inputs the evaluation collects
  • What outputs and calculations it produces
  • Clinical context and relevant patient populations
  • Known limitations or contraindications

Literature

Attach supporting research to your evaluation. Each literature entry includes:

  • Title
  • Author(s)
  • URL / website link

Attribution

Displays ownership and contributor information for the evaluation.

Tags

Tags are optional metadata labels that make your evaluation discoverable. Users can search in Explore using tag keywords — for example, searching "obesity" returns all evaluations tagged with that term.

Adding tags:

  1. Navigate to Learn More and click Update in the Tags section
  2. Type the tag name
  3. Select an existing tag from the list, or choose "create new" to add a new one
  4. Multiple tags can be assigned to a single evaluation

Removing tags: Open Update Tags and click the X next to the tag you want to remove.

Editing

Users with edit access can modify Learn More content by opening the evaluation in Builder mode.
