Revision history
Overview
The Revisions page tracks all updates to an evaluation over time. When an evaluation is first created it exists in draft state. Each time you publish changes, a new revision is recorded. The Revisions page maintains the full history in reverse chronological order (most recent first).
Revision Display
- Draft evaluations show a Draft label instead of a revision number
- Each revision card shows the publication date or "DRAFT" status
- Cards include status indicators such as "In Library" or "Deprecated"
Navigation
A Play button on each revision card opens that specific revision in Player mode.
The three-dot menu on each card provides role-dependent actions.
Actions Available per Revision
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Builder | Opens the revision in Builder |
| Copy Link | Copies the revision's URL to clipboard |
| Update to Revision X | Activates a previous revision as the current version |
| Clone | Duplicates the evaluation with a new name and slug; defaults to private |
| Deprecate | Marks the revision as unsupported |
| Undo Deprecate | Removes deprecation status |
| Remove from My Library | Removes from your personal library |
| Delete Draft | Permanently deletes a draft (drafts only) |
Deprecating a Revision
When you deprecate a revision, you provide a reason (Patient Safety or Use Alternative) and an optional message. Users who encounter a deprecated revision see a popup with options to update to the latest revision or seek expert assistance.
Use Undo Deprecate to remove the deprecation status and its associated messaging if circumstances change.
