Preamble

The EVAL Health Free Open Source App License is designed to ensure that your EVAL apps remain free and open for all users. This license allows you to use, modify, and distribute your applications freely, while ensuring that any modifications or derivative works are also shared under the same terms.

   1. "License" refers to this EVAL Health Free Open Source App License.
   2. "Application" refers to any EVAL app created on the EVAL Health app platform.

   4. "Platform" refers to the EVAL Health app platform.
