Viewing & Managing Medical Data

Vital Status Section

To edit content in the Vital Status section, click on the Vital Status card, and the following displays:

Select either Living or Deceased, and then click Save or cancel out by clicking Cancel or the "x" in the upper right corner. This action can be performed in either a simulated or real patient environment.

You can add a new identifier by clicking the "+" next to Identifiers text as shown below:

Diagnoses Section

To edit content in the Diagnoses section, click on the 3-dot menu of the diagnosis card to be edited, choose Edit, and the following displays:

You can add a new diagnosis by clicking the "+" next to the Diagnoses text as shown below and then clicking Save:

Delete a diagnoses by clicking the 3-dot menu on the diagnoses card, choosing Delete, and confirming the prompt.

Medications Section

To edit content in the Medications section, click on the 3-dot menu of the medication card to be edited, and choose Edit.

You can add a new medication by clicking the "+" next to the Medications text as shown below and then clicking Save:

Delete a medication by clicking the 3-dot menu on the medication card, choosing Delete, and confirming the prompt.

Allergies Section

To edit content in the Allergies section, click on the 3-dot menu of the allergy card to be edited, and choose Edit.

You can add a new allergy by clicking the "+" next to the Allergies text as shown below and then clicking Save:

Delete an allergy by clicking the 3-dot menu on the allergy card, choosing Delete, and confirming the prompt.

Vitals Section

To edit content in the Vitals section, click on the 3-dot menu of the vital card to be edited, and choose _Edit.

You can add a new vital by clicking the "+" next to the Vitals text as shown below and then clicking Save:

Delete a vital by clicking the 3-dot menu on the vital card, choosing Delete, and confirming the prompt.

Labs Section

To edit content in the Labs section, click on the 3-dot menu of the lab card to be edited, and choose Edit.

You can add a new lab by clicking the "+" next to the Labs text as shown below and then clicking Save:

Delete a lab by clicking the 3-dot menu on the lab card, choosing Delete, and confirming the prompt.

Procedures Section

To edit content in the Procedures section, click on the 3-dot menu of the procedure card to be edited, and choose Edit.
