Overview
Your profile page is where you manage everything about your personal EVAL identity — the contact information your colleagues see, the notifications you receive, and the security settings that protect your account. Every EVAL user has a profile page, regardless of their role.
To access your profile, click your avatar in the top-right corner of any EVAL page and select My Profile.

What's on your profile page
Your profile page is organized into five cards, each managing a different aspect of your account:
Contact stores your name, credentials, professional title, email address, and mobile phone number. This is the information that identifies you across the platform — your name and credentials appear on evaluation results, Care Panel assignments, and team member lists. See Contact information.
Security shows your current role, username, and password. You can change your password here, but your role and username are managed by your organization's administrator. See Security and password.
Profile controls your photo and profile visibility. Choose whether your profile is visible to anyone on the public internet or only to members of your organization. See Contact information.
Notifications lets you choose which updates you receive and how — by email, text message, or both. You can also update your email address and phone number for notification delivery. See Security and notifications.
About is a free-form space where you can share your professional background, specialties, or research interests. This appears on your profile when other users view it. See Contact information.
How your profile appears to others
Your profile information surfaces in different places depending on the context. Your name and credentials are the most visible — they appear on every evaluation result you submit, on Care Panel team member lists, and in the account's team directory. If your credentials include a professional designation like MD or PhD, it appears alongside your name throughout the platform.
Your profile photo appears in the top navigation bar whenever you're logged in, and next to your name in collaborative features like Care Panels and team member lists. Uploading a recognizable photo helps colleagues quickly identify your contributions in busy clinical workflows.
Your About section is visible when someone navigates to your full profile. If your profile visibility is set to Public, this information is also accessible to anyone who finds your published evaluations on the EVAL Marketplace — making it useful for building professional credibility with potential users of your work.
Your email and phone number are never displayed publicly. They're used exclusively for login authentication, password recovery, and notification delivery. Other team members in your organization cannot see your email or phone number through the platform.
Profile and account administration
Your profile page manages your personal settings. Organization-wide settings — like adding team members, assigning roles, or configuring account preferences — are handled in the Account Administration section, which is only visible to users with administrative roles.
If you need to change your security role (for example, to gain access to billing or team management), contact an Account Administrator in your organization. They can update your role from the Team management page.
