Accounts Permissions Matrix

Account-level permissions in EVAL are the access rights and capabilities that different users or groups of users have within the application. These permissions ensure that users can only perform actions that are appropriate for their role and responsibilities. This approach simplifies the management of permissions and ensures that users have the appropriate level of access to perform EVAL features effectively.

Roles in this matrix include: CONFIRM DEFINITIONS

• Account Administrator - Responsible for managing user accounts (including account administrators) and access within an application, ensuring that users have appropriate permissions for their roles while maintaining system security
• Account Maintenance - Responsible for the same role as Account Administrator with exception to creating account administrators
• Account Member - An individual granted access to EVAL through the creation of a member account by an Account Administrator and who has varying levels of permissions and access rights to EVAL's features
• Charts Read - A member who has access to viewing patients in Charts
• Charts Write - A member who has access to viewing and managing patients in Charts, including patient medical information, running evaluations against patients, and signing patient evaluations
• Anonymous User - An individual in the public that does not have an account created in EVAL but can perform limited functions within it, such as running a public application and viewing limited information on a public account

Application Permissions Matrix

Within EVAL, features are further granted or restricted to tailor user experiences and access based on their roles, ensuring that members can only interact with the features they need for their tasks.

• Collaborator - Owner - Created the application either alone or as a collaborator
• Collaborator - Can Edit - Has been provided access to an application to edit it
• Collaborator - Can Use - Can use the application but does not have editing authority
• User (anyone from any account) - An individual from one EVAL account that has been granted access to another EVAL account
• Anonymous User - An individual in the public that does not have an account created in EVAL but can perform limited functions within it
